Fans of Selena Gomez can’t get enough of her music. Soon, they will be able to get an even bigger dose of the star, because Selena is coming to Netflix.
Selena will star in and executive produce a 13-episode miniseries based on the YA novel 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher, Variety reports. The book follows the story of Hannah Baker, a high-school student who commits suicide and explains why via cassette tapes given to a boy named Clay. The pilot was written by playwright Brian Yorkey, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his musical Next to Normal. While no release date has been set, we’re already looking forward to binge watching it!
