Only a year and a half after the “Be Good for You” singer moved into her 7,700-square-foot Calabasas, CA, mansion, she has already decided to sell it. We don’t blame her, either. Selena was unsafe in her home — a stalker showed up just days after she moved in and was arrested in her guest house several days later.

The home is a dream with an open-floor-plan main living area, eat-in kitchen, and private movie theater. The spacious backyard includes a large pool, an outdoor kitchen with a brick pizza oven, and two al fresco dining areas.
While Selena is presumably on the hunt for a more secure abode, she’s listed the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Mediterranean-style home in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood for $4.5 million. She bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2014 for just over $3.6 million, which means the 23-year-old will be making a modest profit if $700,000.
