It’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez always manages to keep in shape and look younger than ever. When we learned she launched a new fitness campaign, we jumped for joy.
J.Lo created a revolutionary lifestyle brand for women, BodyLab by Jennifer Lopez, which just announced their nationwide #BeTheGirl Challenge encouraging women to become the girl of their dreams in an effort to combat the rising rate of obesity in the United States. The four-week registration period began on April 27 and the challenge invites women across the nation to kick-start their health and fitness goals to become a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves.
“I’m asking the women of America to join me this Spring in the #BeTheGirl challenge so together we can work, motivate and empower each other to be the best version of ourselves,” said BodyLab Founder, Jennifer Lopez. “When I eat, you eat. When I sweat, you sweat. When I run, you run. Let’s kick start a healthy lifestyle together with the BodyLab line of products, free App and online tools.”
The three phases of the 10-week #BeTheGirl challenge are:
