A study by LabDoor magazine found that a slice of “dabbed pizza” has 40.5 fewer calories than a regular slice. Given that the average American eats 23 pounds of pizza per year, ​dabbing the oil off each slice you eat can lead to an estimated 2-pound weight loss. It’s not an astonishing number, but it shows that even little habits can have an impact on your diet.
