“Frozen” the Ride is Coming! (Photo)

When Disney World announced plans to build a Frozen ride at Epcot last fall, we were more than a little excited. Now, thanks to the Wall Street Journal, you can see a rendering of the ride as it will look when it opens in 2016. The ride, called “Frozen Ever After,” will be located in the Norway pavilion and will be set during a winter festival happening in the summer.

While there are no new songs, “Frozen Ever After” will feature some of the film’s original songs with new lyrics by Oscar-winning composers Robert Lopez and Kristin Anderson-Lopez. The ride will take guests through several Frozen locales like Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post, Troll Valley, and Elsa’s ice castle, which will feature an audio-animatronic Elsa singing “Let It Go.” Do not heed her words, though, because you’ll be on a ride and you don’t want to fall off.
