We all scream for ice cream… free ice cream, that is.
Next week, Dairy Queen is celebrating the very beginning of ice cream season, along with the brand’s 75th anniversary, by giving customers gratis vanilla soft serve, People reports.
On March 16, participating DQ locations will celebrate Free Cone Day by offering ice cream lovers a small vanilla soft serve at no cost. Dairy Queen is encouraging customers to donate the money they save to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
“This is all about connecting with our fans and not just about telling them, but showing them how much we appreciate their loyalty. After all, our fans have been supporting us for 75 years, so we thought it would be fun to bring the celebration to them,” explained Barry the executive vice president of marketing at Dairy Queen.
We hope you’re ready for ice cream season, ’cause we sure are!
